Responsible Play & Support
Guidance for managing time and spending, taking breaks, and finding help in the United States.
Play within your limits
- Only play if it is legal in your location and you meet applicable age requirements (often 21+ for regulated wagering in many states).
- Set a budget before you start. Never chase losses; treat play as entertainment, not income.
- Set a time limit and take regular breaks. Avoid playing when stressed, upset, or under the influence.
- Keep track of deposits/spend and time spent across all sites/apps you use.
Session & time-spend tools
Time reminders: Use device timers/Screen Time (iOS) or Digital Wellbeing (Android) to set app/site limits and break reminders.
Spending limits: Use your bank/app controls (transaction limits, card controls) and consider separate “play” accounts with strict caps.
Reality check: Pause periodically and review your session: time spent, net wins/losses, and whether you are still enjoying it.
Cool-off breaks & self-exclusion
If you need a break, you can request a temporary cool-off or longer self-exclusion from your account with us.
Cool-off (optional): 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Self-exclusion (optional): 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent. During self-exclusion, we will restrict access as reasonably possible for your account.
Note: Self-exclusion is account-specific. For regulated gambling, many states offer operator-wide or statewide self-exclusion programs via their regulator.
Disable or delete your account
- Check your account settings for options such as Disable, Close, or Delete account.
- If you cannot access settings, email us at contact@lunarforesthaven.com from your registered email and include your username and request type (cool-off, self-exclusion, disable, or delete).
- We may ask for verification to protect your account. Some data may be retained as required by law, security, or recordkeeping obligations.
Warning signs
- Spending more than you can afford, borrowing, or hiding play from others.
- Unable to stop, feeling restless/irritable when trying to cut back.
- Missing work/school, relationship conflict, or financial distress linked to play.
