Terms of Service

1) Eligibility; no minors

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (21+ where required) to use the Service. The Service is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts.

2) Free-to-play simulated casino entertainment

The Service is a free-to-play, simulated casino style entertainment experience. No real-money gambling is offered. Virtual chips/credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and no prizes of real-world value are awarded.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or security reasons.

4) Acceptable use

• No cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• No unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or infringing conduct.
• No attempts to access non-public systems, accounts, or data.

5) Virtual items

Virtual items are licensed, not sold. We may modify, reset, or discontinue virtual items and features at any time. Transfers or sales outside the Service are prohibited.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including content, software, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Forest Haven, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed US $100.

9) Dispute resolution; governing law

Contact us first to resolve issues. If not resolved, disputes will be governed by Delaware law (without conflict-of-law rules). Where permitted, you and we agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive class actions and class arbitrations. Either party may seek relief in small claims court if eligible.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
